Tonight I'm looking at the stars
I can't seem to find my two distant sparkles
I'm looking lost and confused
On the inside I feel for the abused
Like a little puppy, scared and shaky
I only feel safe inside my blanky
Never should I have ran away
But I needed a vacation on the bay
Things were getting hectic around here
I couldn't get away from my fear
I needed a place to clear my head
So I found myself walking along the oceans bed
I let the wind surround me and tell its secrets
Until I walked right into some tangled nets
I laughed as I fell
and found myself feeling well
I looked up at the sky one last time
and found my two stars shining like a dime
Now, I know my way back home
and believe that all will after all be alright
